In Person - Bidding in person is not only an exciting experience, but comes with some perks as well. You pay a lower buyers premium than you would if you were to bid online. Telephone - Phone bidding gives bidders who may not live in the area the opportunity to take part in the excitiment that an auction brings out. The same perks as above apply to telephone bidding. Absentee - We all are really busy sometimes and cannot bid in person, on the phone or even online. If this is the case feel free to leave an absentee bid. Your bid will not exceed the max amount you are willing to pay and we will do our best to get you your item at the best possible price. Items that have not been picked up or shipped 30 days from the date of the auction will be charged $10/day per item NO EXCEPTIONS.If you do not pick up or ship your purchased item within 45 days, we reserve the right to sell the item without notice unless previous arrangements are made.
It is the buyer's responsibility to be knowledgeable about the condition of the property before
bidding. This is a live auction, and the buyer is advised to inspect the items in person during
the week prior to the auction. As a courtesy, World Auction Gallery makes condition reports
available prior to the auction.

Please note: We no longer accept credit cards over the phone for Jewelry, watches and gold.After completion of the sale, all purchases must be paid within 14 days and picked up within 30 days. If the items have not been picked up after this timeframe, the purchaser will be charged $10 per item per day.

We typically give our customers 2 weeks to make a payment before emails/calls are sent out. After 3 weeks it is possible that your item(s) may be sold to the underbidder.Please note: We only keep the items up to 30 days after the auction free of charge. After that time there will be a charge of $10 per item per day warehousing fee upto 45 days after the auction. After the 45 days we reserve the right to sell the items in auction that are not picked up or haven't had arrangements made for shipping. Sorry but, No Execptions!
No we do not provide in house shipping, however we do work with shippers in our area who can assist you with getting your items to you. A list of recommended shippers can be found above.
All phone bidders are required to fill out a phone bidder registration form. On the form you would enter your information as well as the lots you would like to bid on. We typically call you 3-5 lots before yours comes up. At that time we will guide you with the bidding process.
These online platforms charge extra fees for using their services. While we do what we can to provide our customers with the fairest prices possible, the costs assoiated with using these platforms cause us to have higher premiums. We do encourage our customers to bid in person, leave an absentee bid, or bid on the phone. This way you get the lowest price possible!
A typical auction time can vary depending on the number of lots. Usually about 70 lots per hour is the speed at which our auction progresses.
Congratulations on winning your lot(s). An invoice will be emailed to you with various information providing you with payment options and shipping contact information. You are also free to pick up items in person as well. If you have a Resale number send it to us or if picking up in person feel free to fill out and bring this form with you.
