Description: 2 Extremely Rare Pre WWI US U-boat Garfish Framed Photographs. 1 Signed with Imprint "J.W. Sandison, Bellingham, Wash". Sandison, J. Wilbur (James Wilbur), 1873-1962. In 1904, Sandison left a bubonic plague epidemic in Honolulu and moved to Bellingham, where he opened a portrait and commercial studio on West Holly Street. He died in 1962, leaving a legacy that includes some 6,000 negatives in the collection at Whatcom Museum of History & Art. Condition: Generally Very Good Condition. Dimensions: Sight-13.5" x 10.5", Frame-20" x 16". Provenance: From a Brooklyn, NY Collector.
